What is Reno Concierge?
Reno Concierge is a Singapore based renovation media and service platform that bridges the gap between homeowners and trusted interior design professionals.
We are your personal renovation concierge. We guide, recommend and support you throughout your renovation journey, from the first step to the final reveal.
Is the service free for homeowners?
Yes. Your consultation with our concierge team is free, and there is no obligation to proceed with any of the designers we recommend.
What is Concierge Protection?
Concierge Protection is our commitment to stand beside you throughout your renovation. If issues arise with your designer, our team steps in to mediate and help protect your interests until your home is complete.
How do you screen your interior designers?
We assess every interior design firm on reliability, professionalism, experience and their ability to understand homeowner needs.
Then we apply one simple test: would we confidently recommend them to our own family? If the answer is yes, we recommend them. If it is no, we do not.
Can I meet designers directly before committing?
Yes. We introduce you to your matched designers so you can meet them, compare ideas and quotations, and only commit when you feel confident.
How long does the matching process take?
It starts with a simple survey that takes about 60 seconds. Our concierge team then calls you to understand your requirements, and introduces your recommended designers once we have a clear picture of your home, style and budget.
